About Sharyn
Career. Change. Purpose. Possibility.
In 2018, a serious medical event changed the direction of my life and career.
Since then, I have explored new opportunities through study, consumer advocacy, health committees, research ethics, human resources and workplace investigations.
Women in the Workforce was created to support women navigating career transitions, workplace challenges, retirement decisions and life's next chapter.
With qualifications in Human Resources, Psychology and an MBA, and as a current Master of Counselling student, I bring both professional experience and lived experience to these conversations.
My goal is simple: to help women move forward with confidence, clarity and purpose.
